I do my best job to turn you on to all kinds of Memphis Made Music every Sunday on Rock 102.7. There's a couple of names that its important for you to know in our music community - Alyssa Moore and Jason Pulley. Both extremely talented musicians with many years of experience, they dropped by last Sunday to chat about Alyssa's upcoming 27th birthday bash at the Hi-Tone benefiting Choices Memphis. I first got to know Alyssa as the vocalist/bassist of the mind-blowing trio Strengths and would bump into her through the years at various bars running sound for bands. She now has her own studio called Move the Air Audio where she is helping many bands, including many heavier ones, in Memphis capture the best sound recordings possible. Her musical sidekick Jason Pulley plays with a Glorious Abhor and is currently working on a new GA album with release date yet to be determined. You have heard both Strengths and Glorious Abhor in the Memphis Made mix and that will continue (stream below).
