Memphis Made Interview w/ Jay Jones

Headbangin' country rocker Jay Jones (you probably know him from the Nuttin' Fancy band) dropped by Memphis Made last Sunday with new tunes from his solo album Country Boy Proud and details on the benefit he's hosting to help out the West Tenn. Veterans Home. It goes down tomorrow at The Bluff on Highland and promises to be a great night for an incredible cause. The WTVH has a goal of building a facility for veterans in the Mid-South Area which will include 144 units. The funds raised tomorrow will be used specifically to help out with those efforts. The event is sponsored by Bumpus Harley Davidson and Tim and Mike have gone above and beyond to help out and sponsor this fundraiser! Scroll down for more benefit details directly from Jay in my two-part interview with him.

Be sure to pick up Jay's new album recorded with Justin Rimer at CrossTrax Studio featuring Memphis Music Legend Tommy Burroughs on fiddle and banjo!  Headbangingcountry.com for his music and those tix for the benefit! Show up and support Jay's incredible efforts to support our vets!
