The Postal Service is offering their tips on the best way to get that letter with the North Pole postmark, and it’s simple if you follow these instructions:
Have your child write a letter to Santa and place it in an envelope addressed to: Santa Claus, North Pole.
When your child isn’t around or sleeping, open the letter and add your personalized response from Santa, with the USPS reminding parents to highlight their child's accomplishments over the past year.Your child will love that Santa knows them and knows about all the great things they have done all year.
Insert the response letter into an envelope and address it to the child and add the return address: SANTA, NORTH POLE to the envelope.
Place the complete envelope into a larger envelope with appropriate postage and address it to:

Anchorage, AK 99530-9998
Now if you want to guarantee your kid gets their Santa letter in time for the holidays, make sure it gets to Anchorage no later than December 13th.
