Is McKamey Manor in unincorporated Lawrence County, Tennessee really the scariest haunt in America? I used to build haunted houses for non-profits and what I have learned of McKamey Manor, it takes the haunted house experience wayyyyy over the top and is a complete mind f*** with physical contact. Here's the three things that make this experience so scary-
2) Some who have put their lives in the hands of Russ McKamey have attempted legal actions against him claiming things were much more aggressive and extreme than they signed up for. “They know the truth that I have footage of everything,” McKamey said. “I tell people they’ll get cuts and bruises. It’s aggressive. But these people weren’t injured like they say they were.”
"They sign a waiver allowing a certain amount of physical harm...thats pretty clear! how are you going to turn around and say they were being too much? i get that she was so scared out of her mind that her brain was playing tricks on her( which is also thier job) and thought she was going to die."
3) If you vomit during the tour, you may be forced to eat it! The experience is described as a simulated abduction and you will sign a 40 page release that takes hours to go through before you ever set foot in the actual Manor. Don't ignore the widely publicized warnings on YouTube
