There's a 22-year-old woman who can't take a joke. Seems that back in June, she was working at a sporting goods store, and she was taking some stuff out to the recycling bins with a coworker when they cracked a joke. She was laughing so hard that she ended up bending over and cracked her head against a metal sheet. She got a nasty cut on her forehead and wound up with a concussion and a permanent scar. So she filed a damages claim against the store. However, a judge just ruled against her because of the joke. He ruled that Sarah was distracted by the joke, so it wasn't the company's fault she got hurt and if she'd been paying attention, she wouldn't have hit her head.
