One thing that you can always count on is - construction. The bridges in East Memphis have been identified as "troubeld" and need replaced. You might have seen the two bridges sitting at the Walnut Grove exit. Those will be transported to the Poplar exit and put in place. The process is called ABC. Accelerated Bridge Construction. This process gets the job done in months, rather than years.
